Baking day Saturday

Saturday was a long day of baking with one of my best friends and her kiddos and two of my sisters. My friend taught me how to use fondant icing, something I’ve never tried, don’t like the taste of but really like using because it’s just Play-doh.

We also made up a new recipe of cupcake. We topped a butter pecan box cake mix topped with some vanilla cream icing mixed with Praline Maple syrup. Then we put a dash of ground cinnamon on top of them. Yum, right?
